Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

We provide custom algorithmic trading software development, Telegram bot programming, MQL4/MQL5 Expert Advisor creation, and API integration services. All custom deliverables are built according to project specifications agreed upon in writing. We do not provide financial, investment, or brokerage advice, and we do not act as portfolio managers.

2. Intellectual Property and Code Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment for a custom development project, 100% ownership of the developed custom source code transfers to the client. Pulselink retains the rights to general utility classes, pre-existing proprietary engines, and third-party libraries incorporated into the deliverables. The client is responsible for acquiring any third-party software licenses required to run the deliverables.

3. Risk Disclosure and No Financial Advice

Trading financial markets involves high risk, and algorithmic trading is no exception. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All code is delivered "as-is", tested according to specifications. Past performance of any algorithm does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for executing backtests, running demo trials, and monitoring live deployment of any software we build.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses, platform downtime, or trading slippage incurred due to market conditions or software execution.

4. Payment Terms

Project fees, milestones, and delivery schedules will be detailed in the project contract. By initiating a project, you agree to complete the agreed milestone payments in a timely manner. Payments are non-refundable once work on a specific milestone has commenced.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
